Official Rules for Supermicro Prize Drawing

No Purchase Necessary.

Daily Drawing: One daily prizewinner (3 total) will be chosen in random drawings held at 3:00 p.m. CST on Tuesday, November 18; Wednesday, November 19; and Thursday, November 20, 2008.

Who is Eligible: Attendees at the Supercomputing Conference held November 18-20, 2008, in Austin, Texas, who are at least 18 years old and legal residents of the U.S. No purchase necessary. Employees of Intel, Supermicro, affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, and the immediate families of each are not eligible. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Void where restricted or prohibited by law.

How to Enter: Complete a Supermicro/Intel Technology Passport Tour Card with your first name, last name, company name, telephone number. Visit Intel® Ethernet Demo or one of the Intel® Ethernet presentations (#1609), and the Supermicro 10GbE demo (booth #1033) and answer the correlating questions or statements on the Tour Card. Bring the completed Passport Tour Card to a Tour staffer at the Supermicro booth. They will drop it into the drawing box provided at the Supermicro booth #1033 during exhibit hours. Entries must be submitted in person. Limit one entry per person, per day. To be eligible for the drawing, entries must be received no later than 15 minutes prior to the time of the drawing. Intel is not responsible for entries that are lost, incomplete, damaged, illegible, late, or misdirected.

How to Win Daily Drawing: Winner need not be present to win. Winners will be determined each day in random drawings conducted by a Supermicro representative from among all eligible entries gathered from the previous drawing and received by 2:45pm on Tuesday, November 18, 2008 and Wednesday, November 19, 2008 and Thursday, November 20, 2008. The drawing is administered by Supermicro whose decision is final on all matters related to the drawing.
